In the mid 1970s, Yoshimura R&D of America, Inc. was born. The new American division was building as strong a reputation as that of its Japan parent company. Yoshimuras son, Fujio, took up the reins of Yoshimura R&D of America and his creative foresight and innovative design has helped the company to become a leader in the art and science of sportbike performance technology.

What motivated Pop Yoshimura over 50 years ago is the exact same thing that motivates the company today. Racing and winning. About 25 years ago, Yoshimura started building all of their own CNC parts in house. Since then they have added numerous products such as rearsets, triple clamps, engine components, etc.
