FMF ATV Headers come in stainless steel and titanium. The stainless steel headers are modeled identical to the titanium headers. They both use the same CNC benders to ensure a proper fit everytime. FMF Stainless Steel headers give you increased durability at a lower price while the completely TIG welded Titanium headers give you a higher grade metal with a lot less weight than OEM steel headers.

FMF Hi-Flo Headers are an improvement over your ATVs stock headers without a drastic change to the powerband. FMF Powerbomb Headers take your ATV to the next level. The Powerbomb chamber has 2 functions:

* Acts like a pre-muffler to decrease the sound level

* Increases power by increasing the header flow

When the exhaust enters the chamber it expands and then cools which allows it to contract. This process speeds up the exhaust through the header. To create even more power, it has a scavenging effect on the exhaust port which lets in fresher air and fuel charge into the cylinder for a more efficient burn.

Do not be fooled by other exhausts which advertise that they have larger diameter headers which increase power everywhere. Your ATV will actually suffer a loss of low end power in order to gain top-end due to a loss of back-pressure at the exhaust port. Both the Hi-Flo and Powerbomb headers from FMF increase your ATVs power throughout the entire powerband.
