Suzuki then produced the world's first 2-stroke engine 4-wheel ATV, the QuadRacer 250. It was a cutting edge sport machine powered by an engine from the Suzuki RM250 motocrosser, which produced awesome power and torque. The outstanding high performance was ahead of it's time. It won popularity as a sport ATV from ATV enthusiasts everywhere.
In 1986, Suzuki came out with another first, the QuadRacer 500. Suzuki's flagship ATV featured a cutting edge design. The Automatic Exhaust Timing Control system, independent front suspension and triple hydraulic disc brakes would not be out of place on the ATVs of today.
